Hoge Bomen

Hoge Bomen is a leadership coaching and consultancy firm based in Ede, Netherlands. Its name, which translates to “Tall Trees,” is derived from the Dutch proverb “Hoge bomen vangen veel wind” (tall trees catch much wind), referring to the scrutiny and pressure faced by those in high positions.

The business focuses on “Deep-rooted Leadership” (Diepgeworteld Leiderschap).

Hanneke Reitsma, the founder of Hoge Bomen, brought me on board to shape the brand’s visual identity. By immersing myself in her coaching philosophy and her unique perspective on leadership, I captured the business’s essential DNA within the custom logo mark.

Building on that foundation, we executed a full brand rollout, including a fresh photos for her website and social media channels.
